HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESIGN A BOX ?
Answer : On average we can have your tea box designed within 3 to 7 business days.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM TEA BLENDING ?
Answer : Yes, if you have your own concept for a tea blend we can create this for you. Please contact us for full details on our custom blend service.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER ?
Answer : This depends on the size of the order, how many order we currently have in production. However, we pride ourselves on offering fast efficient service to all customers and we can complete most orders within two to three business days. We do like our customers to keep at least one weeks worth of inventory in stock just to be safe. It is important to not run out of inventory for your customers.

Answer : This depends on which tea you select and the packaging, we offer over 350 different flavors of tea most of which are available in tea boxes, resealable foil pouches and single serve cups. DO I RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE PRINTING ?
Answer : Yes, we will mail you a proof at your request for an additional Charge 500/, this will be sent via priority mail. However, most customer can just review the a proof via email.

WHAT TYPES OF PACKAGING DO YOU OFFER ?
Answer : You can choose from either tea boxes, resealable stand-up pouches, or single serve cup box.

DO I HAVE TO BE AN ARTIST TO CREATE MY OWN TEA BOX DESIGN ?
Answer : No, don’t worry we have a team of in-house graphic designers ready to bring your custom designed box to life.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A DIFFERENT BOX DESIGN PER TEA BLEND ?
Answer : No, in most cases one box design can be used for all the different tea blends. For example, you create a unique design that you want to apply to 20 different tea blends. We can do this by the use of a decal for the brewing instructions applied to either to top or the bottom of the tea box. We can also change background colour and product titles printed on the front of the box for a small additional charge. After creating your first tea box additional tea blends are much quicker and inexpensive to create.

HOW MANY TEA BLEND YOU OFFER AND CAN I HAVE MY COSTUME BLEND TEA ?
Yes, we do create costume tea blend as your taste & preference . We have more 350 + ready to sell tea, it includes - Wellness Tea ( Detox Slimming PCOD / PCOD, Skin Care Tea Digestion Tea, Sleep Tea etc), Herbal Tea, Green Tea, Fruit Tea, Single Origin Tea etc. All teas are expertly Developed by tea master.
