Shipping & Returns

We have a 7 day no questions asked return policy. We provide full 100% refund for unused, 

unopened packs in their original packaging.  

Funds will be reversed back to your account by the same mode of payment that you used 

while making a purchase. 

 

Please note that you are required to provide a proof of purchase/receipt to complete the 

return process. 

 

Once, we have verified the same at our end, we will successfully initiate your refund within 7 

working days of receiving the unopened package from you.

Cancellations 

To cancel or modify your order, send us an email to bsbeveragesfood@gmil.com 

with your order details and we'll cancel or modify it promptly. 

In case of cancellation, we will initiate refund of your payment within 24 hrs and It will 

be credited to your account by payment service providers used at the time of placing 

an order.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification of orders, once the 

orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment centers. 

 

 

 

Domestic Shipping (Within India) 

Shipping Charges 

When you add an item to the cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the 

basis of package weight, mode of shipping, and destination. 

Shipping Charges : 

FREE For Order Value ₹ 500 or above 

Order Delivery Time : 

For Metro Cities 3 to 5 days 

For Non-Metro Cities 4 to 7 days 

For Remote locations, It may take up to 10-12 days

Delivery Timings 

Orders received before 11:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the 

same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next 

business day. Orders placed after Fridays 11:00 AM will be dispatched only on the 

following Mondays. 

We prioritize every order & work to arrange the delivery within turnaround time. 

However, we may not cover delivery delays due to a.) Customer unavailability b.) 

given address is not valid/wrong/incomplete c) delay in delivery due to weather 

condition or natural disaster. 

Please note that our Shipping partners may not deliver your orders on Saturday or 

Sunday.
